DLF - My thoughts: Where the second tier of this year’s draft class ends is a matter of debate. Personally, I have Moore and Bateman in their own little mini-tier, but I know a lot of others have a much larger second tier. Either way, Williams seems to be the clear RB3 in this year’s draft class. Some people might not like the comparison, but there is a bit of David Montgomery in him with the balance, yards after contact, and power. The lack of top-end speed is also there. If you’re sitting in the middle of the first round, he’s easily the best running back option for you.
NFL - Runs like a tank but has more shimmy than you think he's going to have. I would take him in the second (round)." -- Running backs coach for AFC team
CBSsports - Best Trait: Contact balance    Strengths:   Balance, Acceleration    Weaknesses   Size, Top-end speed
