DLF - My thoughts: A bit of a one-year wonder, Toney almost doubled his previous three years with his production in his final one. It definitely put him on the radar and his production during the draft process so far is only going to keep that hype train rolling. His arrow is definitely pointing up right now, but the risk with that is that his price will rise to the point where he is being drafted ahead of more talented and/or less risky players.
