PFF - Moore has WR1 type of movement skills. His floor is a quality slot option.
FB Guys - Moore is hard-nosed and has no fear at the catch point or working the middle of the field. He needs to tighten up his route running to realize his potential, but his competitive toughness gives you faith that he’ll be in the top half of his range of outcomes. He ran faster than some anticipated at the combine (4.41) to help his stock, but some will get stuck on the Michigan game when he was held to 2-22.
DLF - Moore is set up for long-term success. He’s tied to the best quarterback in the NFL. He joins a roster devoid of long-term receiving options, Smith-Schuster is on a one-year deal, MVS is just a guy, and Kelce is old. If Moore doesn’t turn into at least a top-18 wide receiver, I would consider him a disappointment. As noted earlier, he has draft capital, an elite collegiate production profile, and landed in the perfect situation to be a valuable fantasy asset.
DLF - Post-Draft Summary: Moore was one of winners when it came to the wide receiver landing spots, being taken by the Kansas City Chiefs in the second round. After all, having Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid be your first quarterback and Head Coach combination isn't exactly a turn-off. Moore seems to fit this offense well on paper and there's a hole on the depth chart with Tyreek Hill now in Miami. Skyy will be one of the fast risers post-draft and looks like a solid pick in the late first or early second round of rookie drafts.
