Prospects Comments
NFL - Ultra-competitive and highly productive, Miller plays with a chip on his shoulder that has driven him to out-work the man across from him. While he played both inside and out for Memphis, some teams could struggle with figuring out his best fit. His inconsistent hands are definitely a concern, but his ability to get open and to work all three levels of the field increase his chances for success as a WR3.

Steve Smith:  Miller's track background shines through the minute he steps on the field. He runs fast, but plays faster. Miller walked on at Memphis and later earned a scholarship, proving he isn't afraid to work. He carries a boulder-sized chip on his shoulder (reminding me of someone I know ...), and he's proven he has what it takes to play at the next level through his explosiveness and blue-collar work ethic. Miller is good at a lot of things, not great at one. He's one of my favorite prospects coming into the combine, and I want to see if the "it" factor he displays on tape shows up at Lucas Oil Stadium.

CBS - Ferocious on every snap. Short with compact build. Plays bigger. Outstanding high-pointer with one of the best "my ball" mentalities in this class. Sells double-moves well. Good downfield speed. Some drop issues. Dynamic after the catch at all levels. High-energy overachiever.

DLF - PROJECTED RANGE FOR ROOKIE DRAFTS     Miller has been going in mocks from the 1.07 on, depending on the region you live in. If you’re in Bears territory like I am, expect to have to go up to the 1.06-1.08 range. Outside the Midwest, you may be able to land him 1.09 or later. This draft season is kind of dealer’s choice at wide receiver, so his range will depend on your league mates.
