NFL - One-trick pony at Missouri with impressive turbo boost to rocket past cornerbacks and take the top off of defenses. Hall's transition into the NFL could be slowed by the challenge of physical press corners with good top-end speed, but his athleticism and short-area quickness should allow him to counter as a three-level route-runner with more exposure to an NFL route tree. It could take time, but he has the size and speed to become a low-volume, high-impact WR2/WR3.
DLF - Speed sells and Hall is one of the fastest wide receivers in the draft. He has plenty of potential and could be a steal in the mid to later rounds. There are some limitations to his game, but his athleticism presents plenty of upside. Like most wide receivers with his profile, he’s a boom-bust proposition and he will need to land in the right situation for him to reach his potential. His ADP has him pegged as a late second-round pick in rookie drafts, making him a virtually safe investment.
Draft Sharks - Hall has all the necessary tools to be a deep threat at the next level: speed, ball tracking and body control. That blazing 40 time at the Combine was just confirmation that he’ll be able to run by NFL DBs.
CBS - Tall, jagged downfield speedster with elite burst, scary acceleration and long speed to take the top off any defense. Tracks it over his shoulder well, though he needs minimal work with his hands to make them more reliable. North-South yards-after-the-catch wideout who can run away from people if given time/space to build speed
