NFL - "He's got some weaknesses that are going to give him trouble in the league, but you can't really crush him for them because he can really run and he's a very smart player." -- Scouting director for NFC team

PFF - If you want a plug-and-play slot receiver, you won't find better in the draft class.

FB Guys - Dotson has all of the requisite speed, quickness, and skill you want in a receiver who can play multiple roles in an NFL offense. He could have some trouble with more combative NFL corners and lacks a true physical edge, but Dotson is a high-floor prospect who could feast in a quality offense.

DLF - Post-Draft Summary: Dotson was rumored to be moving up draft boards and he moved all the way up to #16 overall, being selected by the Washington Commanders. Dotson will join Terry McLaurin and (hopefully) a healthy Curtis Samuel in the hopes they can resurrect the dynasty and real-life value of Carson Wentz. The draft capital alone is going to move Dotson up draft boards and he seems to be a relatively safe bet to be taken in the top ten selections in 1QB rookie drafts this-offseason. He needs to add some strength, but certainly has some real potential.
