Rule Changes - Ballot
Fill out the form with Team name, Owner name and type in Yes or No by the R#
If owners name is not included, ballot will not count. Will have no idea who it was sent by.
Rule changes must be voted on before the rookie draft in July. The first pick in the rookie draft begins the new season. No rules can then be changed until the season ending banquet or after and will apply to the following season if passed.

The FFL89 season will begin March 1st for waivers only. Around May 1st the league will be open for trades and waivers. No pickups will be allowed until the following Wednesday after the season draft. Addition - Trades can start March 1st but must be called into the league and then use the league trade site after CBS has gone to the new season around May

If NFL goes to a 18 game schedule, a 15th week schedule will have the division teams play 1 additional game against another division team in finish order. i.e. 1st vs 1st, 2nd vs 2nd qnd 3rd vs 3rd. This is a start more info is needed.

When the season draft is over every team must have a starting lineup on their roster. If not they will not be allowed to make add, drops or make trades.The league will undo any moves made until the roster is fixed. If add.drops have not started you can call the secretary to make the needed change for you. What you need to do: Be at the draft, send pick list to another owner or league.

For the rookie draft trades- Now we can trade the current year and the next season rookie picks.Change: Once the rookie draft is over we will add a additional year that can be traded. i.e. - 2024 plus 2025 picks, when the draft is completed, 2025 and 2026 picks can be traded. This will go into effect on August 1st to allow, both sites, FFL89 and CBS to be updated.
