Allow drafted rookies to be placed on the practice squad. Now, just PUP and suspended players allowed. After 1 year the players will become part of the roster and can be kept or released the following season. During the year there is a limit of 2 moves to and from practice squad and only 1 rookie is allowed on the PS.. Also roster moves will be charged for the rookie moves, except moves from PS to IR. Rookies picked up during the season draft or during the season are not eligible for the practice squad, only rookies that your team drafted. Once the rookie has made the 2nd move, he must remain on the active roster or be waived. Rookie's can not be placed on the practice squad before the 1st add / drop night, which is the Tuesday/Wednesday after the season draft
