Dynasty Summary: Hollywood’ Higgins needed a good NFL Combine showing to vault himself in the rankings and instead he turned in a disappointing performance almost across the board. A 4.64 forty was slower than expected and a 32" vertical for a lighter weight 6’1" player didn’t display the lower body explosion that many were hoping to see. He’s a bit lazy in his route running but does have some urgency into and out of his breaks. He’s an elite hands catcher, showing the ability to naturally, and fully, extend to the ball to secure the catch before getting it into his body. He uses his body well and elicits enough excitement on the field to raise his ceiling. He’s a player that shows far better on tape than his Combine numbers suggest. He’ll be an early third, late second round selection in fantasy.

Rotoworld: 127. Where He Wins: Higgins' stock took a hit at the Combine, managing a 4.64 forty and 32-inch vertical. Higgins' athletic shortcomings are an obvious concern, but he may be able to overcome with standout ball skills and glue-like hands. He's sort of a mini Laquon Treadwell.

Mark Dulgerian:"Hollywood" Higgins is the most pro-ready WR the Browns have selected in terms of experience in a pro-style system. He's QB friendly with separation savvy and sticky hands. He has potential to be a short to intermediate workhorse in Hue Jackson's offense. --
