Dynasty Summary: Perkins is projected to be drafted in the middle to late rounds of the NFL Draft. He needs to go to a team that can utilize his skill-set correctly. Teams that are in need of a change of pace back who can catch the ball out of the backfield are going to be the best fit for him. Teams like the Seahawks, Giants, Panthers, and Colts could all use a back like Perkins. Like most running backs not named Ezekiel Elliott, his value is going to depend on where he lands in the draft.

Rotoworld: 91. Where He Wins: Perkins combines darting quickness with exciting lateral moves and is an ultra-competitive, tough inside runner. A Devonta Freeman clone, Perkins is good enough to capitalize if given an extended NFL opportunity.

Mark Dulgerian:  The Giants' backfield was a turnstile of mediocre RB play last season. The elusive Perkins may not be a bell cow, and they may be okay with that, but his slashing style should provide a spark. --
