SPARQ = Speed, Power,Agility, Reaction, Quickness
Dynasty Summary: Much like Charone Peake, Garrett’s collegiate productivity was negatively impacted following a compound fracture in his lower left leg in 2013. Once fully healthy in 2015, Garrett finally showed what he could accomplish by compiling 1,588 yards and eight touchdowns. Garrett passes the eye test with great size and good speed. His small hands could be a concern as he’s not consistent with completing the reception in traffic. In and out of breaks his size gets the better of him and he tends to roll, allowing the corner to run his route on occasion. Deceptively fast, he can exploit slower corners. Garrett is squarely a late third round fantasy selection at best.
Rotoworld: 149. Where He Wins: Keyarris Garrett was another find after the draft who will be in the mix for the fifth receiver spot.
NFL.com: Garrett's production combined with his exceptional length should catch the eyes of NFL general managers right off the bat, but tape study exposes his issues with route quickness underneath and securing contested catches.
