Roster Changes

Add a player:
Players can be added to the roster by draft, trade, injured reserve, waived player list or players not previously selected.

Waive a player:
A player may be waived from a roster during the time set by the league to do so. Each week a list will be sent to the teams to inform the team of the time assigned to call. The list will be made from the standings for that week with the worst record going first and the best the last pick. Players waived in Round 1 can't be picked up until Round 2 and players waived in Round 2 can't be picked up until the following week. Only two moves per round will be allowed. i.e. a waive/add will be two moves, an add or a waive is 1 move. A waive and a player from IR will be 1 move. There will be no Taxi squad.

Injured Reserve
Players may be placed on IR by a team only if that player is on the IR in the NFL. The player must be taken off IR if the NFL has done the same. There is no limit to the amount of people on IR.

Trades
Trades will be allowed. Any amount of players may be traded for any amount of players. (1 for 1, 1 for 2, 3 for 1 or 2). All trades must be called into the league secretary. No trades will be allowed in the final 4 weeks of the regular season. The league will set a "MINI CAMP" in the spring when trades will once again be allowed for a 2 week period, these will be free moves. After this period no trades can be recorded by the league until the week before draft night. When a 2 for 1 trade is made before waiver night, a player dropped can be picked up in round 1. The team with 1 player short can pick up a player in the first round of the assigned time and counts as one move. No calls after 9pm and no trades waiver night between 5:45 - 8:00.
